At the time of the final inspection, we will take meter readings and transfer the Electricity and Gas (where applicable) services out of your name.
It is not possible to cancel either Electricity or Gas services before you vacate the property - you are liable for the charges until you vacate the property and/ or your tenancy expiry date.
Should you have phone, internet or TV services, you should cancel these accounts in advance of your departure date.
