It is important to leave the property extremely clean and tidy before you leave.  Particular attention must be given to the carpets, floors, walls, cooker, fridge, bathrooms etc.  If the property is not handed back in good clean condition as it was received, the Landlord may employ a professional cleaner to carry out the work and this will be deducted from your deposit which is held by your Landlord.
